Module -Improving students' learning capabilities in educational attainment in primary schools
The education system is facing significant challenges due to rapid socio-economic and cultural changes, necessitating constant redefinition of teacher training to innovate teaching-learning processes and ensure student success. Agenda 2030 of the United Nations emphasizes the need for quality, fair, and inclusive education, led by highly professional and specialized teachers. The COVID-19 outbreak has further amplified these objectives, leading to ongoing problems and a need to bridge the gap between formal and informal educational contexts. To meet these challenges, teachers must combine formal education with learning in informal environments and reorganize teaching practices. The professional training of teachers should align with the economic, civil, and cultural goals and foster lifelong learning skills. Creating a learning environment that integrates disciplinary contents, teaching methodologies, and digital technologies is crucial for significant learning. Innovation lies in the conscious use of digital technologies, enabling personalized and individualized teaching to meet diverse educational needs, including special requirements. Collaborative teaching strategies with the use of digital devices have a positive impact on student success compared to traditional transmission methods. The expected impact includes bridging the gap between theories and practices, promoting effective teaching models, and empowering students to become their own teachers. Transferability potential is crucial to increase the international dimension of participating organizations, allowing the dissemination and replication of results for multinational and multidisciplinary collaboration among primary school teachers.
