The dissemination activities were held starting with the top management of the Kütahya Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of National Education. An executive summary was prepared and shared with the top management (1 director, 3 deputy directors and  8 department directors). 275 school principals and teachers were also informed about the DigiSEL Project through the meetings held in different times and places.

20 teachers from different schools were invited for the piloting activities. As a first step they were informed about the project. E-learning platform created as an output of DigiSEL Project were introduced to the teachers and each of them were defined as “a school coordinator of piloting activities' . In total 313 teachers took part in piloting with the help of “school coordinators of the piloting activities”.
