The International Conference on     Educational Technology and Online Learning (ICETOL), which will be held for the second time in Ören, Burhaniye,  Balikesir, Turkey between 23-26 June 2022, was held face-to-face and online, with the main theme of “Digital Transformation, Online Learning, and Global Change” with the support of Cyprus University of Health and Social Sciences and Final International University. In line with this theme, discussions was held, and best practices, reflections, experiences was shared in ICETOL 2022 which contribute to the national and international literature. Within that event, Dr. Figen KARAFERYE presented a paper on the need analysis of the Project and share the basic details regarding the Project. It was a very good opportunity to get the feedback from the people who already work in the similiar areas, and it is believed that future consortiums for the new calls of EU projects will be structuralized.
