The first project meeting of DigiSel Project was held online because of Covid-19 Pandemic. The meeting was held on 29-30 June 2021 and important details and tasks related to project was discussed in detailed. Oktay SAHBAZ (DPU), Berrin DEMİR (DPU), Sergio MIRANDA (UNISA), Alessandro NADDEO (UNISA), Maria CINQUE (LUMSA), Carina Rossa (LUMSA), Lucyna SOBKOWIAK (WSB), Agnieszka M. BARWICKA (WSB), Dominika DRATWINSKA (WSB), Monica MORENO (M&M), Sinan KORUC (KMEM), Ivana SALOPEK CUBRIC (UniZG) and Goran CUBRIC (UniZG) attended to the meeting.

The main aim of the first transnational meeting of DigiSEL Project is to give details about the project and defining the tasks of each partner. In addition to this making each participants know each other online was also targeted which would contribute to the teamwork in general.  In this context, each partner gave presentations about their institutions on the first day of the meeting. In the next sessions, a project overview including the project objectives, intellectual outputs, project events, work plan and project activities, partners’ roles and responsibilities, Project management plan and communication process, Project finance and administration requirements was made by the project coordinator. Also, details about Dissemination & Exploitation Strategy were presented by M&M. In addition to these presentations, Project Quality Management Strategy was mentioned by UNISA.

On the second day of the meeting, Capacity building sessions on the development of IO1, IO2, IO3, IO4, IO5 and IO6 were held by each partner. The aim, needs, learning outcomes, materials to be designed, method for teaching/training and the evaluation regarding the intellectual outputs were involved in the presentations. KMEM also presented global and local needs of the primary school teachers regarding teaching during COVID-19 pandemics.
